On Friday 16th June 2023 at 8pm we will be hosting an online quiz with ambassadors Sophie Pavelle and David Oakes.Volunteers from other parts of Thailand flew in, while Thai social media lit up with expressions of love and support. The programme will cover the themes of wildlife, food, water, soil, climate and shelter and will feature Earthwatch ambassadors including naturalist and TV presenter, Nick Baker, and Michaela Strachan, presenter of the BBC’s Springwatch, Autumnwatch and Winterwatch programmes. The trip offers the chance to see red kites – recently reintroduced to the region – bottlenose dolphins and ospreys, as well as watching pine martens from a private hide.
